Step 1 Forms and Initial Deposit by May 15
Steps 2 & 3 Forms and Final Final Payments May 30
Our payment and registration process is divided into three steps. Each step includes forms to fill out and a payment associated with that step. There are three payments including: an Initial Registration/Deposit, an Accommodation Payment, and a Final Payment. In each section you will find links to PDF forms to download. These are the same for all programs.
For each Step you will download a form(s) and fill out the required information, then click the submit button in the upper right hand corner. This will automatically open your email and allow you to to hit send. Congratulations! You will have then just submitted a form. You can save and print your forms for your own records if you wish, but this is not required.
You will then return to this Registration Page ( you may want to bookmark it ! ) to download and complete other forms for each step and proceed to the Payment Button(s) for each of the three steps as described below.
We process all our payments through Paypal. If you have used PayPal before, you’ll be familiar with the process. If not, you’ll be surprised how safe and easy it is to use. Although all our prices are quoted in Euro, as you will see, PayPal allows you to you pay in the currency of your choice, which is automatically converted to the equivalent amount in Euro at that day’s rate of exchange. If you do not have a Paypal account, we suggest that you create one to make your payments in order to avoid additional credit card or other financing charges. However, Paypal still allows for payments with or without an account. Proceed as follows:
Each of the three steps in our application process requires a payment through Paypal. If you have used PayPal before, you’ll be familiar with the process, if not, you’ll be surprised how easy it is. Due by May 15th
In this step, you will be asked to submit a general registration form and make a non refundable deposit of €350 (Euro) to secure your place in our program. To begin the process, click on the form below ( depending on your internet browser and computer this may open in another window. If you right or option/alt on the link you can download the pdf to your machine and fill it in locally and then submit it ). After filling it out, click the SUBMIT button as described above to send your form. Then return to this page to make your deposit payment. Simply click on the BUY NOW button below.
Due by May 30th
Before submitting your accommodation payment, you will complete four forms as follows:
Submission of our Liability and Medical Forms is required for participation in our program. The information contained in these forms is requested for your safety and comfort as well as that of the group and is completely confidential. The Medical Information Form is particularly important, as it alerts us to any allergies, medical conditions or other health factors that could affect your participation in the program, as well as helping us to respond appropriately in case of emergency.
The Housing and Studio Preference Forms provide information about your housing, and if applicable, studio interests and needs. These also alert us to any accessibility issues that may be significant to you. Please tell us about any dietary preferences in the ‘other preferences or needs’ section of your housing form. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. You do not need to complete the studio preferences form if you are not in a studio art program that uses them.
After completing and submitting these forms, again return to this page.
Now, select the payment button that corresponds to your program, cost and length of stay. Click on the appropriate BUY NOW button. This payment covers your accommodations, meals in the main building, airport transfers, and if applicable, studio space. As with your previous payment, prices are quoted in Euro. PayPal allows to you pay in the currency of your choice, which is automatically converted to the equivalent amount in Euro at that day’s rate of exchange.
Please select the appropriate payment button for your program below and submit your payment. If you do not find your program among these options or if you or your group has made special arrangements with us contact us at ICArts.firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange payments. Note that all accommodation payments including single supplements must be made in full by May 30 for us to hold your reservation and secure your place in our program.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PRINTED AND REVIEWED THE PARTICIPANTS GUIDE (download) BEFORE COMPLETING THIS STEP.
In this final step you’ll submit three documents/forms as follows and make the final payment for your program. We will need::
Copy of your Passport - email copy to ICArts.email@example.com
To send us a copy of your passport, please scan or take a digital photo of the inside page with your photo and email it to us at: ICArts.firstname.lastname@example.org Refer to the image below to insure you have copied the correct pages of your passport.
If you are unable to provide us with a digital copy, please mail a copy of your passport to us no later than May 1st. Contact us for more information and mailing instructions.
Next, you should also download, review and print the Participant Guide if you have not already done so, before proceeding to the Policies and Payment Schedule Acceptance Form. In this form, we ask you to acknowledge that you have completed all forms and understand our payment schedule and other policies and have reviewed and printed the Participant Guide. Fill out the requested information as before and submit.
Finally, return here to download our Travel Information Form. The Travel Information Form gives us with important information about your flight, and provides us with your contact information in case we need to relay a message to you. This information is particularly important in helping us to locate you in the event that your flight is delayed or to contact you in the event that we can’t locate you at the airport. Complete the form and submit.
Having completing all required forms, you are now required to make your final payment. Return to this page. Please select the appropriate payment button for your program below. Simply click on the BUY NOW button for your program and make your payment. This payment must be received by May 30th in order to complete your reservation and registration. Once we have received your final payment, we will send confirmation of your finalized registration to you via the email address you provided us.
